Responsive: Midpoint Book / Presentation

At the beginning of every year, we jot down New Year's resolutions to become better people, but how much of these resolutions come to fruition? With the promise of each new year, we also promise ourselves a fresh start, but how many of us make it past the first week and truly change for the better? Commitment can be difficult for many of us, as life gets in the way. That’s why we start small--we start challenging ourselves seven days at a time. This project will create a web platform offering 7-days-challenges that will make an impact on people’s lives in the smallest possible but most essential of ways.

For Seven Days will help us to trigger and discover experiences that make the world a little better, one action at a time. The challenges do not have to be life-changing; no one is expecting to learn French in seven days. It can be as simple as unplugging yourself from Facebook for seven days or calling your parents everyday for seven days. We will be surprised by how little things like these matter in our lives and can change us for the better phenomenally.
